This is a super late post. Back in July we took the GO train to Toronto for WWE Money in the Bank,

I’m not a frequent watcher of WWE, but, my Husband is. If I’m being honest, like other sports, I much prefer seeing the events live over seeing them on TV. I absolutely love the vibes and how much hype it has in person.

Sometimes sponsors for events give away free stuff, this is what we got:

I don’t really drink energy drinks, so this ended up going to my Husband.
I’m not a fan of nerds, but I love gummy candy, so this hit differently.

The event was hosted at Scotia-bank Arena. These stadiums have really cracked down on the whole card only payment methods. And their food is so expensive!

We both got a burger and a drink. The burger tasted pretty good. Between the both of us, we paid: $67.80
We then got popcorn for the show.. this thing was $11.58

Here are some of my favourite shots & highlights:

McIntyre Won!
John Cena announced retirement — last show in Toronto but official last show will be during Wrestle Mania 2025 in Las Vegas.
Seeing Naomi’s entrance in person is so much better!
The beginning of the Women’s match was hilarious. Chelsea literally tried jumping for the case without any ladders.
Tiffany won. Probably would’ve preferred Chelsea to win.

After our train ride back to Brampton, we ended up getting a couple of drinks and shared nachos from St. Louis.

Overall the night was amazing and it’s rare that we have date nights like this. But when we do have them, I cherish them.
