Monday’s are typically my weigh in days! It has been 7 weeks since I started weight watchers again (it’s been hard to stick to my point limit. But I’ve still been losing weight slowly (9.2 lbs to go for my goal but 13.2 lbs to go before my pre-covid weight). Been pretty proud of myself and don’t want to be too hard on myself. Also another plus is, I haven’t had a sugar craving for a while.

Worst part of this week has been crazy period cramps. It’s been so hot in the house and in the office at work. Hormones suck and I’ve had moments where I was going to rage out about things, but managed to keep my cool. It’s honestly so hard to deal with burn out, cramps, certain comments people may say (more often than not triggering comments). I made it through the week though, and thats all that matters. Can’t recall if my cramps were always this bad or if it got worse after having my little.. I also never went back on BC pills, so that definitely isn’t helping with controlling my cycle.
On Tuesday my Husband gave me some time to read while he did the cooking. Oddly enough that day I had smelled fried chicken and had a sudden craving for it. But the chicken he made honestly hit the spot and the craving for fried chicken went away!

Went for a walk with my mom, little brother, nephew and my daughter on Wednesday after work. We also had BBQ Cheese Burgers which tasted so delicious as well! During our walk, we got to see a bit of the sunset (I don’t often get to see the sunset because of work or busy at home, so this week was a treat that I got to see it twice).

Friday night we went to Swiss Chalet for my Husbands Grandmother’s birthday. I ordered the 1/2 chicken (white meat only… some of the chicken is missing because I gave some to my daughter) with Caesar salad (no bacon and gave the croutons to my daughter).

It was raining when we were starting to head out and I got this beautiful photo of the sun setting 😍.
