This Gem is located inside of CF Rideau Centre in Ottawa! I never expected such a place to be inside of a food court and honestly wish there was one of these much closer to home.

Since this was the only location in Ontario, we decided to go full out and try a few different options. We were way too full and ended up having left overs, but the food was just so amazing! Me being Italian, I always need to try different places that serve Italian food, it makes me feel like I’m in my element.

Polenta Fries: There were so good. I find not many places actually sell polenta and it was my first time having them as fries! Dip them into marinara sauce and its perfection!
Chicken Parm sandwich: This was so good and the chicken was juicy. Not dry in the slightest. Also didn’t taste greasy either.
Pizza: Mushroom Truffle White Sauce. The pizza tasted amazing too 🤤. Highly recommend.
Tiramisu. The cake tasted good as well. Not overly powering of espresso like some places.
And of course some sort of Italian beverage. Normally my to go to is Brio. But when they don’t have it or if I’m not wanting it, my second favourite is typically the SanPellegrino’s.

If you ever find yourself in Ottawa and that you love Italian food, do yourself a favour and try out Osteria Italia! You wont be disappointed.
