A few other things we did while we were in Ottawa, was of course try foods from places that we don’t have back in the Greater Toronto Area. Most of the food posts got their own separate post, since I had more photos to share along with more thoughts about them.

While trying new food places, we also got to try some Gelato! And this place was such a vibe. A calm and relaxed vibe. With so many different flavours to choose from.

Personally cannot wait to go back to this place, as there are so many different flavours I want to try.
The one on the left had Kingdom of Two Sicilies, and pistachio. Which I absolutely loved. I honestly cannot remember what flavour my Husband had, but it looks like chocolate.

We did more sight seeing and a lot of walking. One of the places I wanted to go see was the Norte Dame Cathedral Basilica.

The outside of the building looks so beautiful. Unfortunately the day we were there, we were unable to go in due to the area being.l surrounded by cops due to a threat near by. Adventures for next time to see inside the Church.

Of course, seeing a new city, had to get photos by the OTTAWA sign.

The sky is wild. You could kind of see all the smog from the smoke with all the Wild Fires that have been happening this Summer.
