What are you most worried about for the future?
Personally, I’m the type of person to try to focus on a day at a time and to also plan for the future but not to worry about something we can’t necessarily control. However, it’s not that easy to do. Personally, I try not to vocalize the stuff that worries me.
One thing that constantly resurfaces is what if we can’t afford to buy a house or even a cottage, just something to have in our name, to raise our kid (and other future kids) in. Something we can pass down to them (hopefully fully paid) so their future is a little more set, and IF they needed to sell it, well they can and the money would be theirs. If we’re all currently struggling now, (been reading a lot about how adult children and relying on their retired parents for support), how will it be for our kids? Eventually we’ll become those retired parents and parents that wont even be able to retire at all because cost of living is just too much and what we get from our pension might not be enough to survive with.
Just some thoughts that occasionally pop into my head and me constantly doing research/teaching myself how to better prepare my kids future with money and support.

Well shared. I also sometimes worried about my future if I can’t reach my goal.
