What are your daily habits?
Aside from the obvious brushing my teeth… here are my daily habits:
✨ Flossing! (My hygienist would be proud of me. Think it’s now officially become a habit!)
✨Spend time with my daughter before or after work. Most days we eat breakfast together and try to do something fun.
✨Spend time with my husband.
✨Dishes (I prefer no dishes left in the sink before I go to bed).
✨ Make the bed right after waking up.
✨ Check my bank account (some days multiple times).
✨ Text my sister.
✨ During the week I work 5 days a week and weekends try to plan something fun.
Habits I wish to form:
✨Wake up early to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea alone.
✨ Exercise (yoga, pilates, heavy cardio, weights, and zumba).
✨Walk daily (rain or shine) and hit 10,000 steps daily.
✨Drink minimum 8 cups of water.
✨Find a healthy lifestyle I can stick with and not drop it.
✨Blogging (prefer to have 3 posts a day, but if I can do 1 post a day, I’d be happy).
✨Calling my parents (Even just to say hi and check in on them).
✨Be on time OR early (I’m so bad for being late a lot of the times).
✨Close my daily rings on my apple watch.
✨Read daily (either it be other blog posts, articles, magazines or novels).
✨Find a skincare routine that works for me and don’t give up on it.
✨7-8hrs of sleep.
✨Reflect daily and review my goals and steps I’ve done to help my goals or note down ways I can improve.
✨Declutter/organize/clean something daily (dishes don’t count).
✨Eat more protein.
✨Eat more veggies & fruits.
✨Only allow carbs one meal OR snack a day.
As you can see, I have high expectations over myself.
