Like Saturday. Sunday was also pretty busy of a day. It started with my daughter and Husband greeting me and giving me my Mother’s Day gift from my daughter.

Snorlax Squishmallow and Cherry Blossom lego. Snorlax has been my favourite Pokemon for a long while now. And it’s been two years now that we took family photos with Cherry Blossoms and I hope to keep the tradition.
I was also surprised with scrambled eggs and toast for breakfast.

We then went to the mall to get Starbucks (again).

This time I got the Summer-Berry Lemonade refresher!

It was a beautiful day to go to the park. So we ended up at a local park, which just so happened to have the carrousel running. Mind blowing that it costed us $12 for the two tickets.

It was all worth it. She actually told me that she had a good time on the ride! 🎠💜

That same park also has a petting zoo area. So we got to see a few animals!

Horses have always been my favourite 💜🐴

We also went to August 8 all-you-can-eat sushi place with my little family, my mother-in-law and my Husband’s Grandma. The next few photos is some of the foods I ate.

The cheese wontons are AMAZING!!
I typically go for Matcha. But decided on Mango since I was only having a tiny bit of it. The rest my daughter got to enjoy.

After dinner we ended up walking around the mall. Got some Tim Hortons. Also ended up with a bag of popcorn from Kernels and a few personal items I needed to purchase from Shoppers Drug Mart.

Has anyone tried the tiramisu cold brew? It’s so yummy. With the new lifestyle changes I’ve been trying, I typically now get a small for my drinks and ask for less syrup. I can enjoy it without feeling guilty about it.
Got surprised with these beautiful flowers! 🌹

When we got home, I got to build a bit of my lego kit and watched Beauty and the Beast! My daughter actually let me watch the whole moving without telling me to change. She’s recently been more onto a Frozen kick lately.

My all time favourite from Kernels!! Thai Sweet Chilli!

We then ended the night watching a moving called Mother’s Day, which was on Netflix! It was such a nice film, so many great cast and I highly recommend you watch it!

Tell me about your Mother’s Day weekend! What was your favourite part? Or what was something you did for your mom or partner to make them feel special.
