One of the hidden gems of Ottawa that our friends took us to was Moo Shu Ice Cream & Kitchen!

The sign is so cute.

There wasn’t much street parking near by, but we did end up scoring one of the customer parking spots for this particular ice cream parlour. The parking only had two spots which were incredibly tight to pull back out of.

We heard really good things about White Rabbit, which I want to try the next time we go. I also want to eventually try the Hong Kong Milk Tea, Local Strawberry and Ginger & Rhubarb.
Their online menu only advertises the cups and the cones (which are waffle cones). But in person they had the bubble waffle and you could choose between original and lemon. The bubble waffle is an offer that comes and goes. Their flavours also change with every season with a few flavours that are staples to the menu.
The waffle cone was so delicious. I got the Friendchip goals and my Husband ended up having the Beermuda triangle in a cup.

Fun fact: President Biden went to Moo Shu Ice Cream & Kitchen and had ordered toasted marshmallow & maple sugar ice cream spun with chocolate.. which officially got its name “Friendchip Goals” to commemorate the two nations. This is why the menu shows “Presidential Edition”.

I definitely highly recommend trying Moo Shu if you ever find yourself exploring Ottawa.
