Home with just my kid and I, wanted to put a “boring” movie on for her to fall asleep faster, not that this movie was boring, just anything that isn’t a cartoon is considered boring to her right now. Anyway, came across this movie on my Netflix to watch list… and it was interesting.

Synopsis: Valentina is a young pianist starting over. Her neighbour David is an inventor who hates noise. And a paper-thin wall is about to become their matchmaker.

Review: When I decided to watch this movie, I don’t think I ever read what the movie was actually about. I just recall seeing a small clip of the movie playing, and it seemed interesting enough.

First thing I thought of was how similar it was to “Love is Blind”, where people technically date and get to know each other behind a wall. But there is a twist, he hates noise and they have to schedule when he can work verses when she can practice the piano.

Without giving the entire movie away, I’ll skip to the ending.. which, I kind of question. What was the point in breaking the wall? Like I get it, but.. they could’ve just gone over to the other persons apartment instead of ruining rental property 🤦🏻‍♀️.

The other part is, they pretty much ended it right there, I felt like the movie could’ve continued a little longer, or skip forward like one year later.

Rating: ✨✨✨

Have any of you seen this movie? What are your thoughts?
