If someone sent you an uninvitation to their wedding and mentioned how they are trying to keep it small and intimate , you are not invited but you will be with them in spirit, and are still welcoming gifts, would you send a gift?
First off, it’s wild that people are actually sending out what looks like an invitation to a wedding, but it literally says they are not invited. To me, it seems pretty rude, it just seems better to not send anything at all.
Now.. to expect a gift… or imply that although someone isn’t invited but they can still send a gift, also seems rude. Because now it actually looks like you’re just fishing for gifts. Aside from hearing this on the radio yesterday, is this something people actually do?!
